The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly Rt Hon Engr Yakubu Danladi-Salihu is saddened by the unfortunate passage of Mrs. Dorcas Afeniforo who died over the weekend.
Rt. Hon. Engr. Danladi-Salihu described the death of Mrs. Afeniforo as shocking and commiserated with the deceased family, the people of Okuta Emirate, and the Baruten Local Government, and prayed to God to repose her soul.
“We are very sad to learn about the death of Mrs. Dorcas Afeniforo who was until her death, Commissioner II in the Kwara State Civil Service Commission. Mrs. Afeniforo was also a former Women Affairs Commissioner who did her best to represent the womenfolk and serve the state meritoriously, he would be sorely missed”
“Our condolences go to the Afeniforo family and the people of Okuta Emirate over this unfortunate development, we are comforted by the good life Mrs. Dorcas lived, may God grant her soul eternal rest”
