Two members of the Peoples Democratic Party have defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress in Kwara State.
They are Hon Ahmed Muhammad Rifun who is a former chairman of the PDP in Kwara State and Hon Haruna Muhammad Tambari, a retired director and former commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs in the state.
In a letter addressed to the Governor of Kwara State, Gov Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, they stated that they’re decamping because of the governor’s performance as regards capital projects, staff welfare and human development.
