- Kwara Are Suspecting These Uneducated Legal Analysis Is Opposition Sponsored
I just listened to one Dr. Alagbonsi Radio program raising questions on the legality of Special Assistant (appointed) and I give him my piece of advice.
This is electioneering time and *as he has all right to suspect any move of the government as politically motivated, also do the masses have the right to suspect him of working for Gobir (YPP Governorship Candidate) who is the major sponsor of his None Government Organization* if I am right?
I have however directed him to the section of the constitution that gives the governor the right to appoint since I am not a lawyer and also advise him to stop ridiculing himself.
Because the constitution I read gives the governor right to appoint anyone to his service in plain language.
This is what he claimed to know which can only mean he is interested in raising unnecessary debate to tarnish the government as usual.
Alagbonsi however has the right to challenge that section of law in the Court of Law or bring out a Court judgment that nullified that section or limits it.
Until he brings such; *the alarm Dr. Alagbonsi raised is unfounded and can be held to be a sponsored program aimed at condemning the good work of the governor for election purposes.*
It, however, *is our duty to alert the public on any media analysis that resembles a campaign and in particular, is based on misinformation.*
We, therefore, advise the public to help advise Alagbonsi and the like to study the constitution well and ask their lawyers questions and stop disparaging the good intention of the Governor.
