The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Kwara State, Prince Sunday Adeniran Fagbemi has extended his fellowship to the Muslim Ummah in Kwara State, Nigeria and world at large for witnessing this year’s Eid-el-Maulud.
He calls on Muslims and indeed all Nigerians irrespective of religious affiliation to apply the teachings of Prophet Mohammed which bothers on peaceful coexistence, tolerance, justice and equality.
We should all use this period to pray for a peaceful and united Nigeria as it is through indivisibility that we can attain greatness as a nation.
We should also use this period to pray for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his cabinet members, and our dear governor, Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq for God’s guidance, particularly in his efforts to take the economy of our state to prosperity.
However, it also requires of us introspection as to the roles we are playing as leaders and individual citizens in building the nation that we desire.
Together, regardless of our faith, we can build a prosperous and a better Nigeria.
