Abolore Commiserates With Akanbi Family on The Death of KWASU VC

The Hon. Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Dr. Alabi Afees Abolore has commiserated with the family of the Vice Chancellor of the Kwara State University, Malete, Prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on his death, describing it as a colossal loss to the University community and Kwara State at large.

The Commissioner in a condolence message, expressed with deep sorrow, the demise of Prof. Akanbi, which he said was untimely and painful to the entire Management of the Ministry.

“This is one death, too many and no doubt, the commitment, versatility and professionalism of Prof. Akanbi shall be greatly missed by all”, Dr. Abolore emphasized.

He urged all to accept his death as the will of God, and pray for the repose of his soul, while working hard to uphold his good legacies and ensuring that his positive contributions to the kwara University Malete are sustained.

The Commissioner also condoled with His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the entire Akanbi family, friends, Associates and the University community over the painful loss and prayed Almighty Allah (swt) to grant the repose of the deceased Aljanah Firdaouz, and forgive his shortcomings.
