The APC Chairman, Kwara State Chapter, Prince Sunday Fagbemi has convey his condolences to the State Government, KWASU and the entire family of Late Justice Mustapha Akanbi (SAN) over the death of one of his sons who was also -untill his death- the VC of KWASU, Professor Muhammed Mustapha Akanbi (SAN).
The APC who expressed sadness at the unfortunate incident urged family, friends and well-wishers of the deceased to be comforted in the knowledge that the deceased contributed his own quota to humanity.
Fagbemi on behalf of his family and the entire APC members in Kwara State, expressed his condolences to the immediate family, most especially, his wife and children.
While praying for courage and strength to be able to bear the loss, he urged the family to be comforted in the knowledge that their loved one has finished his race here on earth and gone back home to rest.
“Let the happy moments you have shared together and the knowledge that he has gone home to rest be the compass to navigate this stormy moments.
“No doubt, as an academia of note, the deceased has impacted quite a lot of people and preached the gospel of peace.
“I pray for the peace and tranquility of his soul. Amen!”
