Students protesting against the protracted strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities have congregated near the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos under the auspices of the National Association of Nigerian Students.
On Monday, the students assembled amidst heightened security.
They may be seen moving around and singing songs of unity.
Adegboye Olatununji, the South-West Coordinator of NANS, told our correspondent after a brief conversation that security services had been sent to the scene, but they were unfazed.
